本书共10章,主要内容包括制图的基础知识;点、直线和平面的投影;基本立体及表面交线;线路合体;物体的表达;螺纹及螺纹连接件等。本书可供本科工科各专业学生使用,也可供成人高校学生及网络远程教育学生使用。编写本教材的目的是让学生在学习工程制图基础知识的同时,获得英语实践的机会,使学生把多年所学的英文作为工具来学习其他知识;同时,提高学习英文的兴趣,为今后进一步的学习和研究打下基础。
